Current selection box hide field

Hi,

My application is holding a default selection, whereas i do not want to show this is current selection box. Because it is confusing user... Is there anyway to hide this? Only for one particular field...

You can either use HidePrefix /HideSuffix (check Help) or use tagging like:

Tag Field YourField with $hidden;
