Custom Sort

Hi all,

How can I sort my straight table like the one in the attached excel (customsort.xls)? The customer must be sort based on the amount, but I only want the Top 3 Customer to be displayed. Other customers that not in the Top 3 will be grouped into "Others". This "Others" group must always be at the last row in the table.

I also attached Test.qvw and Test.xlsx that I'm currently working on.
