Custom Users able to access without assigning any CAL's

Even after custom user is not assigned as named cal, I am able to view application through assigning as named user access in document authorization.

Having said above users are created under the custom directory and with the login type as DMS authentication.

I have created custom user list in custom directory. I have given authorization for only particular user from the custom directory user list, but i didn't give any DOC CALS or NAMED CALS to that particular user even though  user able to see  that application.

My question is without assign CAL's how can a custom directory user can see the application?

did you click to allow dynamic call assignment ?  If this option is used, a new document CAL will automatically be granted to a user connecting to this QlikView Server for the first time, as long as there are available document CALs to assign.
