Cycle through Selection and email a chart

I need to cycle through a list box  (a salespersons name) to filter down a chart and I want to then email the chart to the selected person in the list box, then select the next salesperson in the list box to filter down the chart and email their chart data to them, etc, etc.

I need this automated to run at night.  How best can I accomplish this?

One more thing, if the chart filters down to no records then I do not want to send the email as there is no data.
