Cyclic Group's Fieldnames in List box

How should I put Cyclic Group's Field Names in the List box? What function or expression should i use to display?

when you bulid the group

you can enter to each filed his title

in the listbox just choose the group you built

what i wanted is the fieldnames not the data to be displayed in the listbox.
