Cyclic object drop down list not visible on Access Point

Hi Experts,

The Cyclic object that I have used in the dashboard work well on the desktop installed QlikView application but when I access the report/dashboard through the Access Point it does not work. I cannot see the drop down arrow and unable to view the drop down list.

Please suggest if this is normal or if something that i am missing.

Thanks heaps in advance.

Regards,

Shyam.

Have you checked on Desktop->View->Turn on-off/Web View ? to debug if there is something wrong in how you layout your objects ?

Thanks Mario for your reply.

Can you please help me providing more information on what the layout of the cyclic object means.

I have added the cyclic object in the charts. The drop down list is visible in normal desktop view but in the web its not showing the drop down but the right click does work.

Shyam

Thanks Robert.

Not sure if it is a bug but yes the link you posted did help me to find an alternate way of selecting the cyclic object values. Just the Right Click on the Cyclic object worked.

Sorry Just one other thing.

Is it possible to change the position of the Cyclic object in the chart. Also is it possible to mention which axis the Cyclic objects are referring in the cases where we have Grouped measure objects too.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Shyam

PRESS SHIFT + Ctrl and click over the chart, you will see red lined boxes,  use your mouse to reposition it without releasing SHIFT + Ctrl.
