Cyrillic notation in Qlik (Sense & View)

Hi all,

I am a student doing my internship in Bulgaria. Here they use the Cyrillic alphabet and in Qlik these Cyrillic notation is shown as "??????".  

Does anyone know how i can fix this ? I already downloaded the Bulgarian language pack for windows and rebooted my pc. If you know the solution please specify for Qlik Sense or Qlik View because i have it in both thank you.
