DASHBOARD CONSTANTLY RELOADING

I have this weired issue that  once the dashboard opens, the Sheet Objects are constantly loading. and the house is changing to hour glass all the Time. Any Ideas?

Hi Rehan,

It sounds like the objects in your dashboard are constantly calculating rather than the dashboard reloading (via the script).

Can you tell me:

Do you have many objects visible at any given time?

How complex are your front end expressions? Are you using DISTINCT count() or any calculated dimensions?

Well  this issue is in the *.qvw on Production server, which is an exact Replica of the one in Dev and that one is fine. and this one works fine on Access Point

If the QVW works fine on the dev server and not the prod server (and the data volume hasn't changed) then it may be a server issue.

Are other documents working ok?

Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Is the QVW usable at all?

I'm guessing you are using Now() in some object on your sheet. This will update every second and QlikView will then reload all visible objects. Remove all instances of Now(). It should not be used in the front end IMO.

Exactly as Simen said,

I ran into this issue once and when I checked I used now() in one of date triggers. Check if you're using it anywhere in the chart. It is that.

I am not using NOW any where. The issue is something else I  guess
