DMS Authorization in qlikview

Dear Team,

i installed qlikview server with license key.

when i went to serurity then i click on DMS authorization (QlikView controls file access)

Then one message popup

Error

Some settings were not saved:

DMS authorization is denied by license.

Which Setting i missed. kindly help me.

What type of license do you have? You would need Enterprise QlikView Server license to get DMS working.

I have QlikView Small Business Edition Server license used

Small Business License only allows NTFS security, your only have 2 options

1) Add usergroups to the source folders of your QVW apps

2) Via Section Access

So Authorization tab will be disappear in every documnet.

Yes, Authorization tab is only available for DMS Method, so you won't be able to see that tab

Can we create a custom directory in NTFS security.
