DSC and QVWS not running

Hello, See snapshot. I have all services running in my server manager but my DSC and QVWS not running what do I do?

The running from the services against the OS meant not that they are working properly else only that the OS managed a running process. In your case the qvs is unlicensed whereby probably the other services couldn't communicate with each other and even they did it would be useless. At first you need to solve the qvs-licence issue.

you have a QV Server licence  issue, you need to sort that out first before the other services will run properly.

No, all services except license can run without license. It will be wrong for me to resolve license when the main services are not running

Have you tried to stop and start again the services within the services-window from task-manager or within services.msc?
