I have verified the dashboard and its script and everything seems fine.
Also, the dashboard doesnt have "exit script" statement at the end of the script. Can this be the reason?
If so, I have some other dashboards which dont have "exit script" and are working fine.
First of all, the issue does not seem related to the script. I'd rather say it has something to do with licensing. Make sure all users have licenses assigned and available in the QlikView Management Console. Note that if you are using Named CALs, one user can keep only one session, meaning that if the same user logs in from a different computer, the first session gets killed.
