Dashboard to DB Data insert/update

Hi,

Have a requirement is that, in dashboard what ever data entered in an object say input box, need to be be inserted/updated in to the table.

Can please let me know any solution to the same, tried

1.dynamic data update

2. Webviewer extension object to see share point

In my company they are not ready to enable extension objects, due to some performance issues.

can please let me know any alternate solutions for my requirement.
