Hi,
I want to create a data entry form using input boxes or any other solution if available.
The form will be used to enter the information of Section access.
I have applied section access in my dashboard and I want that if a new user has to be created in section access I should be able to enter the section access information e.g ACCESS, NTNAME, REGION in the form that is created in qlikview and the new entries should be exported and concatenated in the existing Section access excel file.
Can anyone provide me a solution for this?
Regards
This would need an Extension to create a Box to input the values and save them in a file / database. After the next reload the SA would be applied.
Can it be done using input boxes to get the values and then a macro should run and export those values into already existing section access excel file not replacing the original content in excel file but concatenating the new data into existing data in section access file?
Macro can do this?
Just saw that you are talking about QlikView, this Post was in the QlikSense Section. Will move it to the right space as it is a different Product.

Is there any extension that creates a user on OS level and that user is also added into the section access with appropriate rights defined while creating the user?
