Data Presentation Similar to CrossTab - not Pivot Table

Hi All,

I have a straight table with a column for UserNames, Course and user training status. See existing data table below
I want to present it as per the following Required Output

Any way to do this with QlikView 8.5 ?

Convert it to a pivot table and then drag the title course till the blue arrow line is above Status

Perfect ! I did not drag the col header far enough to the right when I tried it before the post. Thanks Richard.
