Data Reduction in AccessPoint

I have a need to publish a document with reduced data for some users and full data for other users.  When i have 'Strict Exclusion' unchecked, all users can see everything in Access Point, but when i check 'Strict Exclusion' the users that should see reduced data are denied access to the document altogether.

Do anyone know what  I should be looking at?

Hi All,

We put this on hold temporarily pending our migration to new servers and installation of SR5, hoping that would be the magic key to make this all work, so here's my update:

1) My original documents (created by a previous developer) that use Section Access are failing when we try to schedule a reload/distribution via QEMC.  It's the same error that appears when I forget to add the service account used to log on to QlikView Distribution Service, but I have verified that the service account has been given Admin permission in my Section Access flat file.

1a) Newer documents (created by me) with Section Access ARE reloading properly via QEMC scheduled task.  This leads me to believe there is some setting within the document that the original developer of the older docs set and I don't know to check for.  Anyone have ideas on that?

2) Although the scheduled reload for those newer docs is working, I'm still having issues with data reduction.  I had it working exactly as expected in a test document - users were seeing only what they were supposed to, but when I tried to replicate that setup into an existing document, users are either denied access to the document altogether when they shouldn't be, or the data isn't reduced.

Item #1 is my priority right now, as I have a workaround for #2.

Thanks so much!
