Those two products don’t compete with each other, they are both Qlik extensions.
The Klikins is used as an operational input tool for a variety of solutions such commercial procurement execution, specifying and determining targets, support sales and marketing processes, assists inventory allocations etc.
As far as I know, Kliqplan is a tool for budgeting, planning and simulation.
