Use On Demand App Generation (ODAG). It's a demo extension that is fully functional that comes with Qlik Sense in the latest versions. You can find information of a QlikView implementation of the concept here: On Demand App Generation
Basically you have one application to select the parameters to act as filters and modifiers and then dynamically call a template application that will use the values selected from the selection application to run a SQL data load query (or any other type of query or load).
