Data loading (week's days one by one)

Hello,

I've got the data in the following format:

Store	Level 1	Mon	Tue	Wen	Thu	Fri	Sat	Sun	Mon	Tue	Wen	Thu	Fri	Sat	Sun
Store1	Adam	1		1		1				1				1
Store2	Adam			1							1
Store1	Claire	1			1							1

There are just 2 weeks but I've got a full month (4 weeks which are located by the same way - one by one).

Could you tell me a good solution of how to organize the process of data loading in this way?
