Data missing from ajax but available in server

Hi

One of my charts contains data from 2 differences source (2 different DBs).

In the Desktop (in the server) the charts are full with data. when I try to open the chart through the ajax, the data is missing although all the filters are exactly the same.

It's really strange.

Can someone please advise?
