Data will not display

I have a very strange problem that I hope someone can help me out with. 

I have a textbox that uses data pulled from an Excel workbook depending on the Account # the user has selected.  There are 2 fields of text in this workbook.  Every field for every account displays correctly except ONE field for ONE account.  It always displays a blank for this field for ONLY this specific Account number.  All the other account numbers display the field correctly.  In addition the other field in this workbook is displayed correctly for ALL account numbers.  I can open the workbook and actually see the text that is supposed to be pulled in but Qlikview continues to show a blank. 

Am I missing something??  This is driving me crazy.

Ok, I think I fixed it.  I got rid of some synthetic keys and that seems to have fixed the problem.
