Hi, 

Please help me how to create Date table as per the below SS.

create 2 fields year(Datefield) as Year,month(Datefield) as Month

then in UI ,take 2 listboxes for year and month

how to do it horizontal.

I applied this but didn't get the data.

In the object-properties in tab presentation disable the option to display all values as single line and then size the list-box with the mouse and/or applying a fixed number within the settings - here to 12.

to display data in horizontal :

presentation -->uncheck single column

then adjust list box
