Date Issue Windows Update? 5/10/10

Hi All,

I have had two clients who have both experienced YTD formula problems today.

The formula is usually something like:

Sum({$<Month=>} If(inyeartodate(GLDate,vMaxDate,0,7),TRANAMOUNT))

One is running 8.5, the other is running 9 SR2, and they cannot see the YTD columns (blank).

Any ideas what may have caused this (i am assuming it is outside of Qlikview at this point).

Hello Matt,

Probably obvious but have you checked taht in your 9SR2 document GLDate and vMaxDate are formatted alike?

Upgrading one user from 8.5 to 9 SR3 resolved scenario #1.

That doesn't help us with identifying the root cause though.....
