Date & Time stamp issue

Hi Team,

Need small help,

I getting data from Google cloud, and when i check the date field i am getting below format.

2022-11-03T11:59:39.546Z 

I am changing this to 

YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss:fff

When i change the format the Seconds value shows null like below

2022/11/03 00:00:00:000

I need to display the time & seconds,
