Date format changing on reports exporting to PDF

I have several reports attached to a Qlikview document.

In the footer of each report I have todays date to illustrate the date they were run.

I have set the date in the Date and Time settings in the report settings to the UK format.

When I access the Qlikview document through the Access portal using the IE Plugin, the reports appear fine as intended.

However when I run the reports through the Ajax Zero footprint client the date appears in American Date format.

I could force the users to use the IE plugin in, but as it only does a print of the report, and they will want to save the reports to their hard disk, they need to be able to use the Ajax method.

I tried to set up a scheduled email with the reports attached as a PDF, but when i open the attachment on the email the Date is in the incorrect American Date format.

It seems the issue is with however Qlikview creates the PDF files, but I cannot find any settings that deal with this. The server date and time was initially set to American Date format but has since been changed to UK format with no affect on the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Barry K

Have you tried wrapping your date field within the Date() command wherever you need to show a date? that way you can format it as you like.
