Demo - Financial Stock Analysis: add stocks?

Hi guys, i've gone through this demo a thousand times and can't understand how to add stocks for analysis.

I've looked through the variables and the only stock names i found were in "portfolio 1&2", but i can't seem to add more stocks so that I can look around.

Can anyone help me with this ???
