Detach Table based on Selections of ListBox?

Hi

I want to detach a Straight table after selection of some list boxes. As per the picture, I want to detach the marked table  after selecting Country,Category,Customer. After that if i select the Month list box, there should not be any effect on the Straight table. Any suggestion?
