Detaching Chart via Plugin

Good Morning,

I have a problem that I need assistance with.

We have a document published on our Qlikview server (Qlikview Developer v8.50.6261.5 64bit Edition). We access the document locally on the server and can detach charts.

However, when we view the document via QVplugin/Internet browser, we are not able to detach the charts (The option to Detach is greyed out).

Any ideas?

I have exactlty the same issue. Anyone knows how to enable Detach option?
