Difference between Concat and Append in my application !!

HEy,

I am attaching a file of my application. I want to see the difference between Concatenation and Append during normal and partial reload but both giving me same result. Please resolve the confusion.

Hi,

Concat and Append will work as same..

if you want to check the duplicate records then go for join.. or use exist function.
