Difference in the data when the same chart of two different dashboard has been exported to excel

Hi,

When I am trying copy the pivot table from one dashboard to the another dashboard which is having similar data. I could see the difference in the data(difference is in fractions after the decimals) when the data of the chart from both the different dashboards has been exporting to excel though there no diffrence in the data in the UI chart.

I also checked the "Number Format Settings" but there is no difference in it.

Can someone provide the answer for this please?

Have you checked for any selection which might differ for the 2 UI files?

Selections are same in both the UI

r  u working in ur desktop and then copying to ur remote is it so mean some slight difference will come because from desktop  u r changing to production

if its not mean

check the decimal format

it its not mean

check the selection what u selected

it its not mean reload ur both qvw . if u r working in remote back up mean u will get up to data

if u have any loader mean load that first and then load ur qvw

That's really strange. If the data, selections and format are exactly similar then there should not be any difference.

Few things to check:

1. Might be you can try reloading both the files , then export the data and check.

2. Also, you can check the format settings in excel.

3. Are these 2 files residing in the same environment? If not, then there can be something which is affecting the export.
