Different background cell color for expression headers

Hello,

I have been reading some previous posts, but I haven't found the proper answer. How can I have different cell header colors for each expression? I tried with right click - Custom Format Cell, but I can only assign one color for all the expressions and a different for the Dimensions.

You can't afaik. You can try using text box objects and place on top of the header cells.
