Different interfaces for Chart Properties

I have two different qvw files with different interfaces for Chart Properties:

I guess it is a configuration issue, does anyone know how to switch from one to another?

View > Turn on/off WebView

In WebView the entire interface is web technology, e.g. Java Script and html, and thus possible to run from a browser.
