A manager came to me with a concept in mind:
We have a dashboard that shows Outstanding items where most of the items have already been allocated to a technician, the request is to include a new field that shows who previously worked them (Status = Sent to Authorisation or StatusId = 4) on the same Policy.
Whether or not an Outstanding item has been allocated to a technician, I would need a new field on the same row showing the above examples Pol-001, SysId-003 to show the previous technician where the Status is Sent to Authorisation or StatusId 4 for the same Policy in this example it would show Tom even though the item was completed by John. And for Pol-002, SysId-003 it would need to show Terry, not Geoff.
The same result would be needed if the item was already allocated to a technician and showing as Status 4 on the dashboard showing Outstanding items.
