Dimension labels not showing in combo chart

I have a combo chart where the dimension labels are not showing properly.  I assume this is because the chart is not wide enough to show all values.  I think it may also be because the dimension label has too many characters to fit on one row i.e. 'Target 2019-20'.  Is it possible to force these labels to display over two rows? i.e.

Target

2019-20

I can't make the chart any wider as it won't fit on my A4 portrait report layout.

May be change diagonal for dimension Axis

Unfortunately, this just squashes the plot area and the labels still don't show properly -

May be enable the side to the highlighted one of Radio button. Then, See? And meanwhile please check whether the Label option is enabled or not
