Hello QlikView Community!
I have been working to create a table that lists employees with the count of their sales and if they have no sales then I still want their name to show up with no value, null or 0. I haven't been successful yet,
I have attached a dashboard with a sample of my data.
How can I create straight table where the Employee field shows value based upon the current week from my [HR Payroll Week] field?
My original dashboard has a table a historical table of employees with a period weed ending date. I always want to show the latest week of employees in the dimension of my straight table. But I also want the dimension to ignore whenever I filter on a date that is associated with the Transaction (TransDate) and (Business Week). The Business Week is built off the TransDate.
Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks!
Robyn
So you always want you chart to show all employee sales regardless if they have any or not for the current payroll week? And if you start selecting dates in HR payroll week, business week or trans date you want those to be ignored?
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but PFA.
Uses a combination of set analysis and alternate states.
Hi jpapador - Thanks for the response.
Yes, i want to show all employees regardless if they have sales or not for the payroll week. If I start selecting the HR payroll Week data, I want that to be ignored. If I select business week/trans date, I want the employee dimension to ignore those filter but the count of sales can change whenever I filter on those date fields.
I want to be able to see the most current payroll week of employees but filter on each business week to see if they have sales.
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks!
Hello,
Look that.
Hi Jpapador - I looked at the qvw you attached and I think it is almost there. I do want to be able to select a business week and see the counts for that week for each Employee. I want the count of sales to be dynamic with the business week and TransID. I just want the Employee list to remain static based on the most current HR Payroll Week.
Thanks for your help on this, you have definitely got me closer to what I am looking for.
