Dimension with section access?

Hi guys,

I have three tables as below:

And the section access as below:

What I want is something like below when I login as USER1:

Bu after I login as USER1 it shows me:

And I already tried the Dimension tab 'Suppress When Value Is Null','Show All Values' and Presentation tab 'Suppress Zero-Values', seems not work, anyone can help?

That is not how section access works. If you log on as USER1, then the only possible name is Donna, and the only possible Items are A, B, C and D. E doesn't exist for Donna. Strictly speaking, Donna isn't even allowed to know that there exists a value E.
