Dimension without fact

Hi can anyone explain me how to deal with data model contains only dimension tables that is dimension without fact ?

That is the definition of "Fact less Fact table" and FYQ, What you want?

without FACT what are you trying to report then ?? just a plan data you need to show in the QV report
