Dimensions in Stacked Bar Chart

When working on a (Bar) Chart, I'm facing below challenge:

Currently (working fine):

Count(Stock) By Department

Largest result is 355

But when I try to include Region (in a Stacked Bar Chart):

Count(Stock) By Departmen, Region

I get for above result 1065 i.e. 3x355 since it has 3 Regions in it.

How to show Department and Region but the total is 355 split into three Regions ?
