Hi all,
I have a dashboard where I enbled the "always one selected value".
Now I disabled this option in my deverloper (desktop) version.
But if I open the dashboard in my accesspoint it stays enabled.
How Can I disable this in the access point?
Regards
Kris
have you refreshed Accesspoint with the latest saved version?
Yes, I've saved the dashboard yesterday and today it is still enabled in the accesspoint. In my desktop tool it is disabled.
Hi there,
Can you confirm what other users are able to see? Do they see the same version as you do or can they see the updated version?
If this issue only relates to yourself it's worth clearing cache in your browser and possibly removing last document state from Access Point itself. Something similar was happening to me before and usual delete cache fixes the problem.
Hi Michalina,
They see the same as I do.
One field stay's "Always one selected value" and it should not be.
Hi Kris, based on that behaviour seems that you are not changing the same document that is shown through server.
Please confirm the source document used from access point.
Hi Ruben,
If I change the lay-out of the dashboard, I see it in the dashboard via the accesspoint.
So I think I look to the correct dashboard.
regards,
Kris
Hi Kris, and have you checked that there is no macro or any other automated action that sets the property to the field?.
About the document in the server... if you have publisher maybe the source document is a different document than the one the user sees... are your changes there after the automatic reload?
Try publishing it in a different name and check what happens.
Then it is ok. But in the original name it doesn't work.
