Display Current year sales and percentage change in single bar

Hello All,

Is it possible to show both value and percentage on each bar in bar chart..

Dimension:Division, I have three expressions one Current Year sales,Previous year sales and %change.

Ex :Lancome has 10.5% change on text axis, But,we need to show Sales:3567 and% change +10.5% on bar graph for current year 2020 . Precvious year: 2050 and % change +10.5%

I am showing sales value on the bar by selecting value on data points. Like % change need to display on the bar not as popup.Any suggestions?
