Display Prior Year values by Current Year Dates - without scripting

I would like to display Current Year values and Prior Year values on the same row as the current year's dates.

For Example (on 7/21/2021, sales are $1000... on 7/21/2020, sales were $500)

Date (as a dimension)   |    CY Sales   |    PY Sales

07/21/2021                        |     $1000       |     $500

How do I achieve this without scripting?
