		Hi,
Is there a way to display (may be push messages) administrative text such as planned down times or about pending data reloads to any user who is viewing a document during a set time period ?
This would be an additional service or value addition where users get to know technical or any other reason which may affect information shown in a report.
Thanks
Senarath

The simplest method is to use the Custom System Message in QMC->System->Setup->QlikView Web Server->Access Point->Accesspoint Settings. Will displayed at the top of the AccessPoint and in red. No timed display or server push however.

		Hi,
You can create a textbox and display it conditionally depending on values placed in a excel / text file.
You need to write date , time with message in file and that will be displayed to user till that time with that particular message.
Administrator will just change file contents to let users display new message/information.

		Hi Peter,
This is what I wanted. BUT better if the message is visible only after user log in.Now it is universal and cannot target a particular user or group.
Thanks both for your time....
Rgds,
Senarath
