Display of Message inside the Chart

Hi Friends,

I want to Know that sometimes wen data is not there for Particular things the chart by default will show the message as 'No data to Display' ,is there any way

to  change this, i mean instead of this message i want the chart to appear without any message . How can i achieve this.
