Display of User Friendly Data in Current Selections

How do I display user friendly labels for the Current Selections.  For example, I currently have WeekSort field with value 7305 (see image) in Current Selections.  I have another field with StartofWorkWeek that corresponds to the WeekSort.  The WeekSort is a numeric value and the StartofWorkWeek is a string value ( Mon- 7/16/2012).
