I have a bar chart am calculated average marks for each student i got 10 bars in bar chart
Now i want display who have top average marks that only i want to dispaly
please can u suggest me how

Under Dimension Limits, select "Restrict which values are displayed using the first expression", and show only largest 10 values. This may be what you need.

It all depends on how you want to visualise the Max() value. You can use simple sorting to good effect or indeed rank functions. However, sometimes AGGR can help if you want to plot max values on a chart where you are also displaying other dimensions. I wrote an AGGR blog some time ago which may help (or may not!).

I think it would be best if you provide an example of what are you attempting to do
