Display variations of the Calendar object

Hi All,

We recently updated our QlikView server to the latest 11.2 SR5 to resolve an issue we were having with not being able to select dates properly on calendar objects (issue 44773).  That issue is now resolved, but we've noticed several inconsistencies of the calendar appearance between different browsers.  Below are the three different variations of what we're seeing.  All of these are the same calendar, on the same QlikView document - only in different browsers.

1. Internet Explorer - with Plugin - No day of week shown and week starts on Monday.

2. AJAX 1 (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/IE-no plugin) - Day of week displays with week starting on Monday.

3. AJAX2 (Chrome/Firefox) - Days of week display along with week number and ability to select which day of the week is shown first in the week.

We've noticed both the 2nd and 3rd versions being used in Chrome and Firefox on the same machine with no good explanation of why they are switching.  Our preference would be to have the third variation of this calendar be used, but we aren't sure what causes this variation to be used.  Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any explanation of why this is occurring?  I'm also developing on the latest desktop client - 11.2 SR5.

This also begs the question, is the IE plugin still worthwhile to use?  The calendar object is a significant piece to the specific document we're working with and the IE plugin version is the most lacking given it doesn't display day of week.

Appreciate any feedback - thanks.
