Displaying Amount along with Rate

Hi All,

My Client has a requirement as descriped below:

Products are being sold and accordingly support will be taken. Now, support rate has to be calculated against the sold amount.

If Product P1 is sold in 200804 for 100 bucks, and support is taken from 200804 as 10, 200805 as 20, 200806 as 30.

Now support rate in 200804 is 10%, 200805 is 20% and 200806 is 30% and for Quarter 2008 Q1 is 30%

Requirement is to dispplay Amount with Rate. PFA for the screenshot on how to display.

In Pivot table is it possible to display as shown?

please help!!
