Displaying total as a line item

I want to only show the total of each unit of data, for the current month and the prior month, on my dashboard with the ability for the user to drill down to see the individual line items. 

How is this be done using QlikView?

You could create a drill down group to drill down from Month to Line, or just use a pivot table and collapse / expand dimension values.
