Distribute fails with user access on the app

Hi there,

I am just wondering if anyone can help me on the below issue.

The distribute function on QMC does not work when anyone is accessing to the app.  It works fine when there is no access on the app. The log and the server info have been attached.

Has anyone had the same issue?

There is not much information in the log file. Can you find any messages related to this issue in the QVS logs? Can you switch all logging to the highest level?

The issue has been resolved after upgrading the QV 11 SR10 to  QV 12 SR2.

Looks like it is something to do with below fixes on QV11 SR11,12,13

69944 Direct Discovery: Reload task failure after selections been made

70464 Direct Discovery on QlikView 11.20 SR 11 not working when access via AccessPoint

69504 QlikView crashes after a bookmark selection on a listbox using "Always One Selected Value" fails.
