Distribution list visibility in email

Dear All,

I am distributing pdf reports from QMC to larger audience. When one email get triggered from QMC, I am only able to see my name only only, not the entire list(I am a part of distribution list).

Is there a possibility of viewing all the distribution list whether it is to or cc?

I don't know Publisher really, but as I understand it a pdf is sent to only one email address. If that email address is a distribution list defined on your mail server then it's up to your mail server if you see the other members of that distribution list as recipients or not. That's outside the scope of the QMC. It's configured in your mail server.

Thanks Gysbert. I will have a look at it. However, all the distribution list is coming from the active directory. If the distribution list for one pdf report include 10 people including me the i would like to see the overall list.
