Dividing one formula in to another to get a percentage

Hi guys I have 2 formulas

1.

=(Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'2'}>} NEWKEYID)+Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'1'}>} NEWKEYID))-(count({<NOK_Carer_ID={3}>} NEWKEYID)+count({<NOK_Carer_ID={4}>} NEWKEYID))

and Formula 2

(Count(NEWKEYID)-Count(PatientsNotAssessed_ID))

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I want to Divide( Formula 1)/Formula 2 (See below)

=NUM((Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'2'}>} NEWKEYID)+Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'1'}>} NEWKEYID))-(count({<NOK_Carer_ID={3}>} NEWKEYID)+count({<NOK_Carer_ID={4}>} NEWKEYID))/(Count(NEWKEYID)-Count(PatientsNotAssessed_ID)),'##.##%')

It tells me expression is Okay but percentage is way off, I think its may be my brackets any ideas

=NUM((Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'2'}>} NEWKEYID)+Count({<NOK_Carer_ID={'1'}>} NEWKEYID)-

(count({<NOK_Carer_ID={3}>} NEWKEYID)+count({<NOK_Carer_ID={4}>} NEWKEYID)))/

(Count(NEWKEYID)-Count(PatientsNotAssessed_ID)),'##.##%')

Or

If Formula 1 and 2 is your expressions and you want to make 3rd expression as a ratio of these .Then you can use

i.e- Column(1)/Column(2)
